Now hiring an EDM Machinist Level I for a manufacturing company in Mentor.


Weekly pay at $18 per hour.


The EDM Machinist Level I will work under the supervision of an experienced EDM Machinist Trainer and will learn to identify and operate EDM machinery.


Job Duties:

  • Follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Load parts to me machined into the fixture.
  • Use a feeler gage to confirm parts properly loaded and set in fixture.
  • Enter the appropriate program number to machine part.
  • Use gages to record dimensional data on appropriate forms.
  • Follow quality documentation procedures.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year previous factory experience.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 documentation.
  • Ability to perform basic math and geometric functions.


This position involves lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
