Role Responsibilities:

  • At least 2 years of experience preferred, but not required
  • Opportunities for supervision- up to 2 SLP-As
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans
  • Develop home programs and provide parent education/coaching
  • Collaborate with an OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregivers
  • Quarterly Bonus Structures and Commission Pay

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP

  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
  • Excellent Communication skills
