HIRING BANQUETS LINE COOK –  IN Lake Nona, FL - 

CD Staffing is a privately owned Professional & Hospitality staffing firm with office locations in Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We have immediate full-time openings for Lake Nona, FL. The Payrate will be DOE between $15-18 per hour. Open Availability Required

Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test. Must Have a Valid Driver License

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

 

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

Follow recipes and presentation specifications

Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently

Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment

Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. You will learn and execute client’s new recipes and serve as a senior-ranking Cook in the kitchen, providing coaching and guidance to junior-level cooks.
