Facilities & Production Maintenance Supervisor

Facilities & Production Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and production equipment
- Manage maintenance dashboards (e.g., Fiix) and troubleshoot issues
- Supervise installation, repair, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Maintain tools and parts inventory, including purchase requisitions
- Lead preventive maintenance programs and mentor the maintenance team
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Organize the maintenance shop following Lean 6S principles
Facilities & Production Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 8+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role
- 5+ years of experience leading maintenance teams
- Proficiency with electrical systems, schematics, LOTO, and Arc Flash safety
- Current industrial maintenance certifications
