Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.

  • Ensure the timely preparation of food items for service.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Assist in the preparation and setup of the kitchen before service.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.

  • Handle customer feedback and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Culinary school degree preferred.

  • ServSafe certification is a plus.

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.

  • Flexibility: Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
