Company DescriptionAs industry-leading wound care providers, Healing Partners propel standard SNF wound care to a completely different level. Our multifaceted approach relieves various burdens – clinical, operational, financial, practical – from busy owners, administrators, and employees, freeing each staff member to focus optimally on his or her responsibilities and improve overall facility management.
Our highly-trained clinicians collaborate with each facility to ensure comprehensive, top-quality care for residents and cultivate a genuine partnership with the staff. To accomplish our mission, providers visit the facility frequently to assess, address, and review the condition of every patient’s skin while evaluating other factors such as nutrition, vascular issues, or surgical follow-ups.
We employ an evidence-based holistic approach to wound healing, merging education and technology for a consistently excellent outcome. Our sophisticated yet user-friendly software captures digital images of wounds and stores them for precise measurement and evaluation.
This program eliminates human error from documentation, alleviates the hassle and inaccuracies of conventional tracking, and provides electronic access to all members of the care team, from surgeons to wound care dressing vendors, to avoid miscommunications and data loss. The use of photo-documentation streamlines and standardizes patient care, uniting the science and art of medicine in objective and quantifiable treatment planning.
Training and education are seamlessly built into the Healing Partners approach.
