What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trailer and Box Truck Repair Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background emphasis in body restoration work on trucks, trailer chassis, containers and box trucks, and a commitment to safety and quality.

 Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am- 3:30pm

Job Duties:

  • Perform full body restoration for trailers, box trucks and trucks involved in collisions.
  • Conduct fiberglass repairs and other specialized tasks.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods.

 Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Over three (3) years of experience as a body shop technician
  • 3+ years’ experience working on trailers and/or box trucks 
  • Proficient in using a wide range of tools and equipment for truck assessment and repair.
  • Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to work on small parts and in confined spaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

 Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift.
  • Must be able to lift  up to 50 pounds at times.

  Compensation:

  • $25 hourly, plus a production bonus
  • Sign-on bonus based on qualifications
