Enablement Engineer – Machine Learning & Sensor Data Integration
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 + Travel (50%)

We’ve been retained by a growing tech company with deep roots in innovation to find a dynamic Enablement Engineer who will play a crucial role in helping clients harness cutting-edge machine learning technology. The team you’ll be joining is at the forefront of transforming the way businesses interact with sensor data—leading the way in machine learning for edge devices. You’ll work directly with clients, providing technical guidance to integrate machine learning solutions into their systems while collaborating with a top-tier group of engineers and product leaders.

You’ll be based in Pittsburgh—a vibrant city known for its booming tech scene and affordable living—with up to 50% domestic and international travel to keep things exciting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to help them seamlessly integrate machine learning solutions into their operations, making their data more powerful and actionable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and development) to ensure your clients’ needs are met with tailored, cutting-edge technology.
  • Conduct training, develop demos, and guide customers through every stage of product implementation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, constantly learning and sharing new applications and techniques that leverage machine learning and sensor data.

You’ve had hands-on experience with sensor data, machine learning, or similar cutting-edge technologies, and you love helping clients make the most of those innovations. If you’re comfortable traveling, love working with a variety of clients, and can thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in roles that involved machine learning, data science, or product integration.
  • A solid understanding of sensor data and how to apply machine learning to drive real-world results.
  • Strong communication skills for working with both technical teams and clients.
  • Enthusiasm for travel, with 50% of your time spent visiting clients domestically and internationally.
  • A passion for working with emerging technologies and making a difference in the way businesses operate.
