Job DescriptionJob Description

ETANO Center is currently seeking an LPN to join our multi-disciplinary team in a comprehensive medication-assisted treatment program. We are seeking someone looking for PRN and part time hours. We are a recovery-based organization committed to quality care for persons with Opioid Use Disorder. Scheduled work hours for this position will be generally 4:40 AM to 10:30 AM weekdays and two Saturdays a month from 6:40 AM to 9:20 AM. Hours may vary based on nursing availability and clinic needs. 
LPN Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Dispenses prescribed medication to patients in the treatment program under the direction of the Medical Director.
• Supports standards of professional nursing practice and promotes principles of recovery.
• Maintains proper patient records and documentation of patient's symptoms/responses, and any nursing care provided.
• Works in close coordination with other treatment team members, and acts as a communication link between patients and counselors.
• Retains accurate documentation and reports related to dosing, dispensing, and storage.
• Ability to utilize electronic medical record, and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Assists with physical examinations, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and checking vital signs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a LPN in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in the field of drug abuse preferred but NOT required.
• NEW GRADS encouraged to apply.
