Summary: Seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist/Programmer for full-time senior-level responsibilities including programming, setup, and operation of CNC lathes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of experience in programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes

  • Professional references required

Preferred Skills:

  • Supervisory experience

  • Familiarity with Mori-Seiki CAPS programming interface

  • Experience with Citizen CNC Swiss-style screw machines

Job Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC Mill/Turn Lathes

  • Setup CNC Mill/Turn Lathes

  • Verify machined components using inspection equipment

  • Direct activities of machine operators

  • Estimate setup times, run times, and tooling requirements for new parts

  • Develop machining sequences for new products and optimize processes for existing components

  • Identify root causes of machining problems and implement corrective actions

  • Assist in advancing Swiss screw machining capabilities



Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
