We are seeking an pool foreman to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Organize crew and plan their work
  • Schedule the work and personnel
  • Train, supervise, evaluate, and direct a moderate sized crew of subordinates.
  • Instruct crew on the operation of light and heavy motorized equipment as needed.
  • Ensure that all rules, regulations, policies, and instructions pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out by all employees and subcontractors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • 1-2 years pool experience
