The Burger Life in Naperville, IL is looking for a possible long-term candidate to join our strong close-knit team. We are located on 1570 W Ogden Ave Ste 101. Our ideal candidate is driven, a team player, and willing to grow with us We provide excellent training and clear path to grow within the company. Responsibilities

  • Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen staff
  • Prepare dishes to customer preferences
  • Plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the team
  • Train and develop cooks as needed
  • Efficiently work with team members towards providing the best product possible
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems within the fast-paced environment

 

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to remain organized, clean and focused
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team
  • Relevant food safety and handling certificate
  • Experience as a chef is a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

 

Pay Schedule

  • Bi-weekly
