Job Description: Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Independent Contractor)

BAM Property Group LLC, led by successful real estate investors Bradley and Michelle Dorsey, is seeking driven and ambitious independent contractors to join our real estate acquisitions and wholesaling team. We’ve bought and sold over $50 million worth of real estate and are looking for self-motivated individuals who want to grow with us in this exciting industry.
As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing both on-market and off-market real estate investment opportunities. You will use your skills to identify potential properties for fix-and-flips, short- or long-term rentals, and wholesale deals. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and willing to work hard to meet goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search the MLS and other platforms to find on-market and off-market investment opportunities
- Cold call, text, and email real estate agents to identify potential deals
- Analyze properties by running comparative market analyses (comps)
- Prepare and submit offers on properties, negotiating deals to secure favorable terms
- Collaborate with other real estate agents and our transaction coordinator to close deals
- Continuously search for and build relationships with investors and cash buyers for wholesaling opportunities
- Attend industry networking events and cultivate relationships with professionals in the real estate sector
- Maintain detailed reports and communicate progress on investment opportunities to the team
- Actively engage in social media to promote our brand and increase deal flow
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid California Real Estate License
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-only environment
- Sales experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Comfortable with cold calling, texting, and emailing real estate agents daily
- Willing to attend in-person and virtual team meetings regularly
- Passion for real estate investing and a desire to learn and grow within the field
Compensation: This is a commission-only position. Your income potential is directly related to the number of deals you close. There is no ceiling – the sky's the limit
