About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Salesperson to join our team at Friesen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Clay Center, KS. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:
