Occupational Therapist (OT) in Norridge, IL Area (Full Benefits)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing daily living and occupational skills.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve independence and functionality.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field through ongoing professional development.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with diverse patient populations is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
