Job DescriptionJob Description

Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for Supply Chain Analyst with Remote work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to R&D shippers, offering training and creating materials like presentations and videos.
  • Assist with individual shipments by helping with forms and coordinating with trade compliance and other teams.
  • Expand services to include EHS prework, Desktop Shipping submissions, and customs clearance support.
  • Monitor shipping requests daily and escalate issues to ensure deadlines (SLA) are met.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to guide lab clients through the shipping process and resolve any challenges they face.
  • Collaboration skills to work with multiple teams, including trade compliance, product stewardship, and logistics.
  • Customer service experience to manage interactions with a large and diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes and the movement of materials across borders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with SAP and/or Microsoft 365 PowerApps.
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation regulations.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Remote
  • Position type: 12 months contract
  • Pay range: $25-$27/hr. on W2

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
