Now hiring an Operations Associate to assist with review of Financial Documents Apply Today

 

Job Title: Operations Associate

Pay: $23/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30AM - 4:30PM

Location: Irving, TX

 

Job Overview: Provide the full property ownership report to clients subscribing to property products and services

  • Effectively manage daily transactional production through appropriate work assignments

  • Manage escalations by reducing problems with orders, etc.

  • Analyze data, gathering insights and modeling solutions

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Advanced education preferred.

  • Candidate should have 1 - 3 years client service oriented experience.

  • Ability to multitask and contribute to a well organized team environment.

  • Detail oriented, strong written & verbal communication skills.

  • Must be able to work in a deadline environment with occasional overtime required.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, business and communication skills.

  • Professional attitude and attention to detail skills are required.

  • Candidate should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, E-mail and Internet as well as other general office equipment.
