Ready to craft top-quality HVAC systems? We are seeking a reliable and experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team. This role involves working in custom homes across Northern Virginia, focusing on installing ductwork and HVAC systems.

Duties:

  • Install ductwork and heating and air conditioning systems with expert precision in high-end custom homes.
  • Lead rough-in ductwork installations with a focus on craftsmanship and adherence to custom design specifications.
  • Set furnaces and outdoor units.
  • Install line sets for HVAC systems.
  • Ensure all work meets strict industry standards and building codes.
  • Adapt to changes in construction and provide solutions to maintain schedule efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sheet metal work.
  • Ability to lift 75 - 100 lbs.
  • Reliable and punctual, and take pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
