Job Title: Building Controls Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Controls Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for commissioning and troubleshooting Building Automation Systems (BAS). This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and control systems to ensure optimal performance of building operations.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of BAS to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop and implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Conduct system tests and inspections to verify proper operation and performance.
- Document and update system configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to building operators and other staff.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
