Job DescriptionJob Description

TheraPhysical is seeking a NJ licensed Physical Therapist who is highly motivated, responsible, who is eager to learn and work in a very friendly environment.


TheraPhysical specializes in sports medicine and neurological rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, women's/ men's health.

TheraPhysical is located in Bergen county township of Lyndhurst, Garfield and Wallington close to all major highways.

Position is offered full time.

Qualifications

Sponsorship available for H1B transfer and green card.

  • Physical Therapy License
  • Proficiency in patient care and physical therapy techniques
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Experience in acute care settings and developing care plans
  • Familiarity with discharge planning and pediatric rehabilitation
  • Knowledge of EMR systems and experience in various healthcare settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on assessment and goals.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure smooth discharge planning and transitions for patients.
  • Utilize EMR systems to accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Provide acute care therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting.
  • Apply anatomy knowledge and physiology understanding to deliver effective physical therapy interventions.
  • Uphold high standards of patient care and medical terminology proficiency in all interactions.
