  • Prepare/serve a variety of quality espresso drinks in a professional way
  • Take the best care and provide each guest with a warm hospitality (i.e. welcome customers entering the shop and greet as they exit)
  • Have integrity and be able to communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Prepare in advance and serve with a consistency in quality
  • Must perform proper hygiene practices to maintain a clean environment
  • Be responsible and self-motivated to develop oneself with a sense of achievement
  • Be able to be attentive and willing to support other team members with a positive attitude during peak times and under pressure
  • Enjoy creating a culture
