Position Overview
As a Supervisor, you will manage commercial cleaning operations within a designated area, ensuring client service commitments are met efficiently and within budget. This hands-on leadership role requires you to monitor performance metrics, oversee daily operations, conduct service quality audits, and address staffing needs. Your ability to lead a team and uphold high service standards will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote current and potential openings within your team, encouraging participation in our Referral Bonus program.
• Assist in recruiting efforts for open positions.
• Train new hires and existing employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), including proper cleaning techniques and mobile applications.
• Complete and submit daily recaps of building inspections and address any issues encountered.
• Review inspection photos and conduct periodic building audits to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate coverage for call-outs to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
• Manage inventory of consumables and building supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Address and resolve client requests and complaints promptly.

Leadership & Safety

• Serve as a role model by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols among all service partners, including uniform standards, and report safety concerns to HR/Safety Manager.
• Be available to address special client requests, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

Work Schedule

• This position requires flexibility, including time commitments outside of a standard 8-hour workday and the potential for weekend work. However, we prioritize work-life balance and provide support from the Director of Operations and Safety and Training Manager during off-hours.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of related supervisory experience.
  • Skills:
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
    • Proficient in Google Suite.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
    • Capacity to manage multiple sites under pressure.
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and accountable.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 35 pounds and carry a 25-pound backpack vacuum cleaner.
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Willingness to work in damp, dusty, or soiled areas and handle human waste and other bodily fluids when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour (Non-Exempt, Full-Time)
