Job DescriptionJob Description

Operate and set up conventional, special purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines to fabricate parts from metallic and non-metallic materials. Read blueprints, sketches, and manuals to determine machining dimensions and setup requirements. Perform machining processes such as milling, lathing, grinding, and shaping. This is a direct-hire Position

 

Compensation: $30-40/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm, OT as needed

Location: Enumclaw, WA

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines.

  • Interpret blueprints and technical documents to determine dimensions.

  • Select and align tools, attachments, and materials for machine operation.

  • Adjust machine settings to maintain accurate machining.

  • Verify finished parts meet specifications.

  • Assemble and install machined parts in equipment.

  • Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve issues.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Prior experience working as a CNC Machinist

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
