Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities would be as follows:

-Responding to client inquiries/questions

-Marketing/advertising/social media management

-Scheduling and giving venue tours

-Communicating with vendors

-Ensuring all contracts are signed and payments are made in a timely manner

-Securing all insurance documents

-Meeting with clients and their event planners prior to the wedding day and obtaining their day-of plans

-Scheduling and being present at rehearsals to open the facility and answer any questions/address any issues

-Being present on the wedding/event day to open the facility, work with the property manager to set up and take down ceremony chairs and cocktail tables, answer any questions, address any issues that may arise (with the help of the property manager), turn on/off fire pit if this add-on is purchased

-Locking up/closing down the facility post wedding

**We will have an AM and PM shift the day of the wedding, and you would alternate which shift you take each wedding. Another staff member will take the opposite shift, and we may eventually hire additional part-time staff members to fill these roles as well

-Checking to ensure there are no damages post-wedding

-Refunding damage deposits (if no damages) or charging if damages exceed deposit

-Collecting reviews from clients post-wedding

*There may be additional unforeseen tasks that come up as we go, but these will always be discussed with you before we add them to your responsibilities. We always want to ensure your workload remains manageable, and you never feel overwhelmed or overworked
