Java Jo'z – Now Hiring Baristas

At Java Jo'z, we’re all about premium coffee, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent service. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to work in a dynamic, locally owned coffee shop with room for growth.

Position: Part-Time & Full-Time Barista
Location: 1221 S. Creasy Lane
Pay: $11 - $15/hour +  Excellent Tips
Job Type: Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

As a Java Jo'z Barista, you will:

  • Craft specialty coffee, energy drinks, and food items to order
  • Deliver a welcoming, positive experience for every customer
  • Share your knowledge of our products and make recommendations
  • Operate the cash register and card payment systems accurately
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Assist with community events and in-store promotions when needed

  • Reliable Attendance – Must consistently be available for scheduled shifts
  • Flexible Availability – Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Customer-Centric Attitude – Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
