Ready to take charge in the kitchen? Join Jobletics Pro as a Lead Cook and showcase your culinary skills while guiding a talented team We’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead our kitchen operations and deliver top-notch dishes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
  • Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience as a cook, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Passion for creating great food and motivating a team to do their best

What You Need:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
