Primary Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings to accurately set up and operate a ProtoTRAK Mill for machining components.
- Perform machining tasks, ensuring precision and quality in producing parts according to specifications.
- Utilize a variety of measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision gauges, to inspect and verify part dimensions throughout the machining process.
- Record and maintain detailed job documentation, including updating job routers and process sheets to reflect the current status of each job.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment by regularly maintaining both the machine and the surrounding workspace.
Required Education/Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating a ProtoTRAK Mill in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Demonstrated experience with measuring tools and precision gauges to ensure part quality and adherence to specifications.
