Description:Are you a detail-oriented Engineering Designer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We're seeking a talented individual to join our Engineering team and contribute to the safety and longevity of our telecommunication towers.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create wireless carrier-specific construction drawings, including electrical layouts, site plans, and structural modification drawings.
  • Collaborate with design team members and engineers to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain drawing integrity by updating CAD drawings with applicable additions and changes.
  • Evaluate the best location for proposed equipment within the compound, considering contractual restrictions and ease of access.
  • Coordinate with team members and organizational partners to incorporate vendor equipment into construction documents.
  • Create unique detailing and designs for basic projects involving steel design, electrical engineering, and civil engineering.
  • Perform peer review of basic drawings and revise them as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or Associate degree with relevant experience.
  • Advanced experience with AutoCAD and other BIM software (e.g., Steel, Civil 3D, Inventor, Infra Works).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate construction drawings.
  • Proficiency with computer software programs, including AutoCAD 2017 or higher and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of structural components, construction, and general engineering concepts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams.
