Key Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and troubleshoot automated control systems using Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms.
- Perform PLC programming, HMI development, and system integration to support manufacturing processes.
- Lead process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide technical support and training for maintenance and production teams.
- Ensure all automation systems comply with safety standards and are optimized for performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, working with Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming, HMI design, and industrial automation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex control systems and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
