SUMMARY
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops programming and supervises evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in accordance with ethical guidelines of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
3-year commitment: $5,000 bonus
5-year commitment: $10,000 bonus
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop treatment and/or behavior intervention plans for individuals with ASD as part of evidence-based therapy service provision
- Treat behavior with a function-based approach, using teaching procedures based in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Consistently and frequently analyze data on treatment goals; supervise and collect treatment fidelity data for Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Provide supervised field work per BACB guidelines for clinical team members to obtain BCBA or BCaBA credentials.
- Maintain BCBA credential by earning continuing education units per BACB guidelines.
- Complete all required documentation, thoroughly and accurately, within the required timelines; Converts all sessions in time reporting platform within 24 hours of completion
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy or is currently enrolled in a Master’s program.
- Credentialed (and licensed if applicable) as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or is currently pursuing credentials.
- Credentialed or eligible to be credentialed with insurance companies.
- Has met supervisor requirements per the BACB or is in process of meeting supervisor requirements.
WHAT WE PREFER
- 2+ years of prior experience working with individuals with ASD.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating with professionals in different fields of study.
- Organized and punctual with a strong clinical skill set.
- Sensitive to cultural differences.
