Rebate Analyst

Liberty Personnel is working with a growing and west established wholesale distribution client with a fulltime permanent opportunity available for a Rebate Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone whit advanced math skills, analytical mindset who enjoys research, analysis, and can resolve client deductions questions regarding rebates, returns, partial shipments, damaged shipments and more.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts along with Sales team
• Ensure contracts are up to date and include pertinent rebate information.
• Interact with clients regarding account deductions.
• Manage process of repayments to clients.
• Analyze rebates to clients due to product deficiencies, partial orders, damage, or other issues.
• Research and analyze purchase orders, delivery receipts, and shipping data.
• Make appropriate adjustments to client accounts.
• Ensure proper documentation on all client accounts.
• Analyze and advise management on rebate trends of clients.
• Manage client portals to reflect accurate billing.

Skills

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent data and communications skills
• Ability to interpret sales agreements
• Knowledge of rebates, discounts, and payment deductions.
• Skills using Excel, Word, Outlook.
