Job Description

Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our outpatient physical therapy clinic. In this flexible role, you will provide one-on-one care to patients, delivering hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modality applications as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized, patient-centered care to a caseload of outpatient clients

- Implement established physical therapy treatment plans, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities

- Perform skilled interventions such as manual therapy skills, soft tissue mobilization, and joint mobilization

- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising physical therapist

- Properly document all patient care activities in the electronic medical record

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment

Qualifications:

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Nevada

- 1+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred

- Strong background in manual therapy techniques, including lymphatic treatment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team

- Flexible schedule to accommodate per diem, as-needed hours
