Job SummaryWe are seeking a part-time Medical Spa Receptionist to join our team As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting patients who come in the door, checking them in, and pulling relevant patient files or obtaining new patient information. You will also answer phone calls, provide information, check patients out by processing their payments and re-booking them. The ideal candidate is very friendly, organized, professional in appearance, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team. Must be willing to work at any of our 3 locations (Foxboro, Norwood and Franklin) as needed for coverage. 

Hours

  • TUESDAYS - FRANKLIN - 1 PM - 8 PM
  • WEDNESDAYS - FOXBORO - 1 PM - 9 PM
  • THURSDAYS - FOXBORO - 9 AM - 1PM
  • THURSDAYS - FRANKLIN - 3 PM - 8 PM 
Responsibilities 
  • Greet patients who walk through the door
  • Ascertain their needs and get them checked in
  • Check their medical record, or provide forms for a new patient history
  • Answer the phone and schedule appointments or answer patient questions
  • Open and/or close the practice and provide support to staff as needed
  • Must work some Saturdays
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail while multi-tasking
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs and ability to learn new software
  • Previous reception experience a plus 
  • Strong interest in the beauty industry
