About the Role

As a POD Operator, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality custom garments and products using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technology. From operating state-of-the-art equipment to ensuring every product meets our quality standards, your attention to detail and production expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business success.

 

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations:

  • Operate heat press equipment to produce custom garments and accessories.

  • Prepare garments for printing, including pre-pressing and aligning designs.

  • Apply heat transfers on various materials, ensuring precision and adherence to standards.

  • Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, adhesion, and color accuracy.

Equipment Maintenance and Setup:

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to optimize performance.

  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and ensure all equipment is calibrated and running smoothly.

Artwork Preparation and Processing:

  • Work directly with print operators, graphic designers, and shipping & receiving to ensure orders are processed and potential issues are resolved.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in operating printing equipment (preferred).

  • Experience in operating Heat Presses or printing equipment (preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise work under tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with apparel types, blends, and associated printing challenges is a plus.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
