Job Responsibilities –
· Design | Develop 3D renderings and construction sets using Chief Architect - Develop Construction Drawing sets, Creating Permit Drawings, Develop Buildable Construction sets, and Develop Construction Elevations for project
· Designing | Material Selections - Guide Homeowners in the selection process, confirming selections, coordinating material quantities and ordering, assisting with Project Manager on project selections, and detail approved selections on construction management software.
· Construction Project Collaboration - Teaming up with a Project Manager for Construction Process, making sure the Project Manager is up-to-date with design and selections, confirming material order and delivery, ensuring updated construction drawing sets are onsite, and walkthroughs at job site with Project Manager and/or Homeowners
