Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled production workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidate must have experience using the following machinery: HAAS VF-4, HAAS ST-15 LATHE, HAAS TL-2 TOOK ROOM LATHE, and HURCO VM-2. We currently use COBALT 3D Modeling Software and GIBBS CAM for CNC programming.

The best candidates must be mechanically inclined and have prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line operations. This function is critical to ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety regulations.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Operate CNC machine/machinery to produce parts per customer specification.
  • Read blueprints to set up machine.
  • Fit/assemble parts to make or repair machine tools.
  • Work on the assembly line, ensuring that each product meets quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
  • Assist in the setup and operation of machinery within the manufacturing facility.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory setting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience with CNC operation and set up.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
  • Machinist experience a plus.
  • Prior forklift operation experience is beneficial.   
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools, safely and efficiently.
  • Experience in fabricating components or products is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and measurements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a background check

Condition of Employment:

Must successfully pass the initial and updated criminal history, background, and record checks, which includes driving history checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 6am-4:30pm (Monday to Thursday)
