These individuals have the ability to live in their own space and our company supports them with activities of daily living in an Independence Supported Living setting (ISL).  

Duties & Responsibilities:        
•             Personal care•             Working on individual goals•             Meal preparation and planning•             Medication administration.•             Community integration and outings•             Accompanying individuals to appointments•            Other job tasks as assigned
•            Drive consumers to and from programs, schools, and appointments as needed 
•            Shift Documentation
•            Med level 1 responsibilities    Benefits Offered:
