Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to schedule and coordinate their support needs efficiently.
- Verify service reports and timesheets to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Serve as an integral part of our support team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Work closely with our engineering and automation experts to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of support activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a customer support or coordination role is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks is also helpful, but not required.

Multi-Dimensional Integration is a rapidly growing controls engineering firm with Pennsylvania offices in Shrewsbury and Allentown and most recently, a presence in Raleigh-Durham, NC. We provide a wide variety of services within the Industrial & Manufacturing Controls and Automation field of engineering. Founded in 1987, MDI is excited to have grown to an approximate 300 team members: now comprised of engineers, technicians, student interns and sales, recruiting and administrative teams. MDI is consistently looking to fill full-time and internship positions in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, logistics, food & beverage, government, cosmetics and many more. Our philosophy at MDI is that anyone with a sincere interest in controls and automation, and with an ambitious desire and aptitude to learn, can be trained and led to success in our company. MDI hires students and graduates from most engineering disciplines from colleges all over the nation. We have also recently started an apprenticeship program with options to transition into full-time salaried positions for high school graduates, military reservists, veterans and adults looking for a career change. Our internships and apprenticeships are immersive and give students the ability to receive a tremendous amount of hands-on learning while working in the field alongside our engineers. An average of 80% of our interns receive offers for full-time employment or return internships. In 2023, we hired 20 full-time engineers and 58 interns who were recruited from 26 schools in 10 states and so far, for 2024 we have already broken most of those records
