Position: We are currently seeking an experienced TIG and MIG Welder with fabrication expertise to join our skilled team. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of superior-quality welded parts and assemblies.

Location: Leesburg, FL

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and MIG welding operations on various metals and alloys, including stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to execute welding tasks accurately.
• Conduct fit-up and fabrication work using cutting, grinding, and shaping tools.
• Ensure welds meet company standards and specifications for strength and aesthetics.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TIG and MIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in welding techniques and methods, with expertise in TIG and MIG processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with fabrication tools and equipment, including grinders, shears, and saws.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
