Located on the Westside of Jacksonville, we are seeking an experienced general dentist for our patient-focused family practice. Our three highly productive general dentists are supported by a caring hygiene department, committed clinical staff, and superb front office team, and we are looking for a fourth general dentist interested in full-time association.

Each associate at the office typically makes between $15,000-$20,000 per month while working between 3-4 clinical days a week. Doctor pay is setup with a salary base but it will also include a bonus based off percentage of monthly collections, which will increase with tenure. We are looking for someone that is looking to grow their clinical skills, learn and use new technology, have dialogue about proper treatment planning and patient interaction strategies. You can also learn how to run a successful practice without having to deal with the headaches of managing employees and dealing with all the overhead costs.

Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an on-site laboratory technician, Eaglesoft Software, digital x-rays, conebeam, multiple Cerecs, and an endodontic microscope.

We are looking for a doctor that works well in a group setting and is looking to be part of a growing and busy office.

Qualifications:

  • DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
  • Valid state dental license
  • Ability to maintain state required insurance coverage
  • Excellent people and clinical skills
  • Commitment to maintaining open line of communication with owner
