- Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
- Long term contract position
- Reporting to Lead Treasury Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Automotive industry and corporate treasury experience preferred
A Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing daily consolidation of cash pool balance and cash requests for executive reporting, monitoring local entity treasury cash pool reporting, and maintain reporting files.
Primary Responsibilities
- Update cash pool tracker with actual banking movements and forecast from entities
- Execution of Manual Wire Transfers
- Update V-cash monthly
- Complete 13 week forecast for monthly submission
- Process factoring repayments and selling files, coordinate with US Region
- Monthly Closing duties
- Calculate interest based on the average daily balances for cash pool
- Publish closing balance of cash pooling and interest to cash pool participants
- Cross-check the closing balances with the entities in US Region
- Internal Control: SOX and IC related activities
- Support Regional Treasurer for treasury reporting and special projects
Years of Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a corporate Treasury department and Cash Management
- Degree Preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Desired Competencies, Experience, & Qualifications
- Banking relationship and its lines of credit under the control and/or direction of Global/Regional Treasurers
- Ability to quickly understand complex transactions and provide direction to treasury team
- Support accounting team regarding impacts on accounting reporting for month end
- Problem solving and analytical abilities where problems are complex
- Detailed variance analysis and building solid analytics
- Proficient in Excel software
Special Requirements (i.e., Overtime, Travel, etc.)
- Overtime is required as needed
- Reporting as required
- Work with International team
