Responsibilities
- The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support throughout their treatment journey
- This position involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and conduct consultations, and expertly describe Villalvazo’s Med Aesthetics treatments/ services, and skin care line
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information regarding services
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider time
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist with Pricing
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective patient care and follow-up
- Educate patients about treatment plans, procedures, and office policies
- Manage and supervise inventory, office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Work and support the administrative team with various tasks to enhance overall efficiency
- Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
- • Evaluate current aesthetic treatment processes and recommend new products and services.
- Check patients in/out, ensure a positive experience, maintain a clean and professional clinic.
- Restock inventory, light cleaning, assist clinicians with room turnover, and uphold brand standards
- · Greet patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
