Position Overview:
Let's just be honest shall we? We are growing fast here at Adaptalytics. Our growth is coming from being a premiere Dayforce partner and we're gaining new clients each and every day. They are asking us to do more for them with Dayforce So we need great people. That's where you come in And this is where we really need you to listen. We are looking for the best of the best implementation consultants for our growing practice. What’s that look like you say? Well we really would like an experienced UKG, Workday or Dayforce consultant. Someone who has taken a HCM platform and worked through gathering requirements with the client, has taken those requirements and solutioned them into the platform, taken that design and configured it in the platform, taken that configuration and tested it to ensure it meets all the clients’ requirements, and has taken the time to support the client through the deployment and roll out of that system. Sound tough? It's actually tougher. This person will manage 3-5 projects at a time, have exposure to the highest level stakeholders within the organization, manage to tight deadlines, and be relied upon by their clients and teammates to communicate, deliver, and just be a great person. Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation Consultant:
Lead multiple projects through requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Become a SME in more than one area (i.e. WFM, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, other)
Be an excellent communicator and someone both your clients and teammates rely on for excellent work delivered in a timely manner.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing UKG/Workday or Dayforce. Proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of Dayforce or UKG or Workday HCM platform(s) and modules. Ability to walk clients through HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
