  • Test returned motors to determine needed repairs
  • Disassemble the motor
  • Replace the needed component
  • Reassemble the motor
  • Balance the motor for medium to high-speed applications
  • Test completed motor on a testing stand
  • Complete the paperwork on each motor
  • Keeping the motor shop clean and organized
  • Other duties will be assisting in general warehousing operations as required.
