Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and a passion for providing top-notch repairs. You will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition, working with advanced tools and technology, and contributing to our reputation for quality.

Responsibilities:

    •    Inspect vehicles for damage and determine appropriate repair methods
    •    Perform bodywork, including frame repair, dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment
    •    Sand, fill, and prepare surfaces for painting
    •    Apply primers, paints, and finishes with attention to detail
    •    Collaborate with estimators to ensure accurate repair estimates
    •    Maintain a clean and organized workspace
    •    Adhere to safety protocols and company standards

Qualifications:

    •    Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role
    •    Proficient with tools and equipment for collision repair
    •    Familiarity with industry standards and repair techniques
    •    Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    •    Valid driver’s license
    •    Certifications (e.g., I-CAR, ASE) are a plus
