We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse population and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians, including conducting ongoing staff training and development.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and the effective implementation of behavior plans.
  • Monitor and track client progress through data collection, analysis, and ongoing review of treatment goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and collaborative planning with other providers.
  • Stay current on best practices, research, and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and other relevant standards.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services (experience with children/adults with autism preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral principles, assessment techniques, and treatment protocols.
  • Experience in supervising and training staff in ABA techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
