Pinocchio's is looking for a part time line cook to join our kitchen team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Prepare dishes to business standards.
- Clean up station and properly package leftover food.
- Stock inventory
- Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils a plus.
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Works well as a part of a team
- Works quickly and efficiently
- Self-starter
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Responds well to direction
- Read order tags and prepare orders correctly.
- Follow recipes as written
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
