Operating nationally and internationally, the group has been in existence for over 35 years and continues to expand its operations. 

The Senior Application Developer/Engineer position helps to identify business requirements, determine specifications, modify and expand the system through analysis and development. The position involves programming and bug fixes for new or already established large sized, mission critical systems throughout the United States. It involves being able to think through processes and work with other team members to determine the best way to develop the functionalities of the systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Have experience using C#, ASP.NET, WCF, ENTITY FRAMEWORK, LINQ, HTML/CSS, AJAX, XML, OBJECT ORIENTED JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, JSON, SQL SERVER, ORACLE, TEAM FOUNDATION SERVER (TFS), ACTIVE REPORTS, NoSQL Database (CouchDB), and EXT JS.
  • Have an understanding and knowledge of enterprise networking, distributed systems technologies/methodologies and leading technologies
  • Experience in the latest networking and communications technologies
  • Project Management and supervisory experience is a plus
  • Be a quality oriented, well-organized, self-starter with strong managerial and technical writing skills as well as the ability to work well with others in meeting deadlines
  • Effectively communicate with customers because of the high-profile nature of the position demands exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Possess the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong sense of team collaboration
  • Willingness to travel as required by projects
  • Ability to work with resources across multiple time zones
  • Must have a current valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check and drug test

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-8 years previous experience in large scale application development
  • B.S. or higher degree(s) in Computer Science or related field or other Bachelor’s degree plus relevant Information Technology experience
