Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic fine dining server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined dining environment. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, showcasing menu items, and ensuring that each guest enjoys their meal in a welcoming atmosphere. Servers will recieved $2.13 hourly play plus their own tips.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system efficiently.
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and ensure compliance throughout service.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
