Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Who We Are:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to provide applied behavior analysis services, behavioral support and consultation within our partner childcare centers across Stone Mountain, GA. This role involves assessing and implementing behavioral interventions, training RBTs and childcare staff, and supporting the social, emotional, and developmental growth of children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental and behavioral challenges. Brightstone Therapy is an ABA provider that is enhancing the lives of children with developmental differences, with an innovative approach to early intervention ABA services. Our clinic setting services, combined with our partnering daycares, ensure children are receiving best practice therapy in the least restrictive environment to set the child up to be successful in school. We are looking for a collaborative BCBA that shares this same innovative passion as us, to lead an exciting approach to how ABA services are offered.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Foster connections with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach.
  • Implement and oversee ABA programs across various settings.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed within our online platform.

What You'll Need:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience in providing ABA services in various settings.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a big bonus
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel between partner childcare locations in Riverdale, Decatur, and Stone Mountain within a 30 mile radius.

  • Salary: Starting at $90,000 + sign-on bonus
